Projects

A Laneway in Point Grey

Wespac recently completed development on this open-concept laneway in Vancouver B.C. The home was designed by Campos Studio, who worked with the homeowner to create their Japanese inspired space-conscious dream home. The home makes the most of it’s space with it’s open asymmetrical architecture and many windows that allow natural light in, even on the greyest of west coast days. The home features custom electrical solutions for everything from glowing Flos orb fixture to a custom built electrical panel.

We are happy to have been a part of the project and wish the client all the best in their new space.

At Home on Bowen Island

This stunning custom built Bowen Island residence includes state of the art recessed lighting as well as landscape lighting that suit both the aesthetic design requirement and the marine environment. The installation of many high end fixtures required skill and attention to detail including forethought in the wiring methods to allow for future changes. An evening was spent working on aligning the landscape lighting to ensure the beautiful natural landscape would remain accented perfectly after dark. Overcoming many challenges due to the remote island location, limited resources and scheduling, this impressive contemporary space was completed on time and on budget.

It’s Triumph St. for Parallel 49

If you enjoy craft beer, you may have already visited one of our installations at the Parallel 49 restaurant and tasting room in Vancouver B.C. On the edge of Gastown the space features an indoor food-truck and 40 taps of microbrew. Having worked with Parallel 49 since 2012, we’ve created several new spaces and provided them with many custom solutions to facilitate their incredible growth and expansion within their current space. In addition to hookups for new tanks, we’ve installed and modified their bottling and canning line, palletizer, renovated their office space and successfully tackled the very challenging task of integrating equipment purchased overseas with their existing infrastructure.
